Questions about the association plan

Is there a free trial?

Automatic charges only begin after an owner actively approves a recurring payment agreement in Vipps MobilePay.

How can we pay?

Choose a recurring MobilePay agreement or pay for one month or one year with Visa or Mastercard. Card payments do not renew automatically, and Hjerterum does not store card details.

How is the association price chosen?

Choose a level for up to 30, 50 or 100 active profiles. Coordinators count as members, and a larger plan must always be actively selected and approved.

What is included in every association plan?

Every plan includes members and coordinators, optional task approval, your own points, leaderboards, rewards, statistics and a historical honours archive.

Do we need to install the app?

No. Hjerterum works in the browser and can optionally be installed as a PWA on the phone’s home screen.

Can we cancel the subscription?

Yes. The owner can view payments and cancel under Subscription and payment. The exact deadline for stopping the next automatic renewal is shown there. A one-time card payment does not need to be cancelled.
