Questions about the family plan

Is there a free trial?

New families receive 1 month free without a payment card.@elseThere is currently no automatic free trial. The owner chooses a subscription after creating the account. Automatic charges only begin after an owner actively approves a recurring payment agreement in Vipps MobilePay.

How can we pay?

Choose a recurring MobilePay agreement or pay for one month or one year with Visa or Mastercard. Card payments do not renew automatically, and Hjerterum does not store card details.

What is included in the family price?

The base price includes up to 5 family members. Each additional member costs 5 DKK per month or 50 DKK per year.

Is the children’s universe included?

Yes. The children’s universe, tasks, positive habits, Brain Break, hearts, rewards and shared goals are included.

Do we need to install the app?

No. Hjerterum works in the browser and can optionally be installed as a PWA on the phone’s home screen.

Can we cancel the subscription?

Yes. The owner can view payments and cancel under Subscription and payment. The exact deadline for stopping the next automatic renewal is shown there. A one-time card payment does not need to be cancelled.
